Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your R1 VOUCH account and everything tied to it at any time. This includes accounts created with an email link, Google, Facebook or Apple.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject "R1 VOUCH data deletion request".
Send it from the email address on your R1 VOUCH account, or tell us which address and sign-in method (Google, Facebook, Apple or email link) you used.
We confirm your request and delete your data within 30 days, then email you once it's done.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in record (email address, name, account ID).
Your synced progress, points and redeemed reward codes.

Data on your own device

If you used R1 VOUCH without signing in, your progress lives only in your browser. To remove it, clear this site's data in your browser settings, or uninstall the app from your home screen.

Removing Facebook access

To stop R1 VOUCH from receiving information from Facebook, go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, then remove R1 VOUCH. You can do the same for Google (Google Account → Security → Third-party connections) and Apple (Apple ID → Sign in with Apple).
